eMberDOMES are a self contained outdoor eating and drinking experience. Now you can enjoy our award winning outdoor seating pavilion all year round!
Reservations can be made only online (button above) and are for 2-6 guests per dome in each reservation. There is a $50 reservation fee. Final bill must exceed $100; if not reached, the final bill will automatically round up to the said $100. Each dome experience will be presented with one check (no splitting, you can do that on your own) and 20% gratuity is added to the bill. Food and beverage packages are available and presented at the domes prior to your arrival (These dome exclusives must be specified with the reservation).
Each dome has its own décor with seating for up to six guests. All are temperature controlled and comfortable regardless of the outside climate (exceptions of extreme cold and winds).

IS THERE A RENTAL FEE FOR USING THE DOMES?
Yes, the $50 reservation fee is taken at the time of your online reservation.
HOW DO I RESERVE A DOME?
Reservations are made online at the buttons above. You can also order dome specific packages at this time with the reservation. Dome reservations will be presented with ONE CHECK. In addition to any pre-selected Dome food enhancements, you can also order off the regular food menu during the first 30 minutes of the reservation. Dome reservations require a $100 minimum food and beverage. If a reservation’s food and beverage bill does not meet this, the bill automatically will be $100 for the reservation.
HOW MANY PEOPLE PER DOME?
Reservations can be between two to six guests. Only these guests are allowed in the dome for each reservation. If friends pass by you in the dome, just invite them to an emberdome experience next time!
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
We do allow 13+ into the domes during reservations but please note that any damages incurred with the dome during your dome time by children (or adults!) will be charged to the reservation. Choose your family and friends wisely :)
ARE THE DOMES HEATED?
Yes. The domes are climate controlled. Remember when mom used to yell at you for leaving the front door open? (“You’re letting the air out!”) Same rules apply here, the more the dome is open, the more cold air gets let in. We suggest using the restroom prior to arrival.
DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE FOOD AND BEVERAGE PACKAGES?
No, but they are nice amenities for your guests and exclusive to the Domes.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
Pretend you are around the campfire on a crisp autumn evening. That’s the best way to dress. If you’d like, bring a blanket!
CAN WE SELECT WHAT DOME WE WOULD LIKE?
You can request your preferences on DOMES, each is uniquely designed. We will do our best to honor your preference, but it is not guaranteed. Whiskey dome - The Whiskey dome has good old fashioned industrial rustic character to the space. With dark oak accents and industrial glass lighting this dome takes you to a cozy whiskey cabin in the pines to enjoy great food, conversation and cocktails!
Tropical Dome - The Tropical dome invites you to a breezy beach day, with lots of texture and pops of color. Equipped with an umbrella, this dome is a tranquil space to sit down, relax and enjoy the ambience of winter on the pavilion!
Velvet Dome -The Velvet Dome entices its guests to an intimate dark jewel tones with velvet and sparkle lounge style. This dome is your own alternative paradise. Come groove out to good music & art.
Whiskey Dome - The Whiskey dome has good old fashioned industrial rustic character to the space. With dark oak accents and industrial glass lighting this dome takes you to a cozy whiskey cabin in the pines to enjoy great food, conversation and cocktails!
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN DOMES?
Unfortunately not. If Stout the cat is hanging around, you can let him in.
CAN I SMOKE or VAPE IN THE DOMES?
No, nope, neet, nicht.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK TO DOMES?
No
WILL THERE BE SERVERS CHECKING ON US?
Yes. you can order food and drink from the station menu and there will be a system in place to minimize the door opening and closing often to maintain your heat in the dome.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You can cancel your reservation online within 24 hours of your reservation time for a refund. This must be made online where you made the reservation.
WILL THE DOMES EVER BE CLOSED IN BAD WEATHER?
Maybe; this is Indiana. In extreme cold or windy conditions where its unsafe, we will contact you immediately to either change or refund your reservation.
CAN I CALL IN FOR A RESERVATION?
No. Online reservations are in real time so in order to assure less confusion and conflict, reservations can be made only online.
CAN I “WALK IN” IF AN EMBERDOME IS AVAILABLE?
Yes, if a dome is not reserved and available for a 90 minute time, you may experience the dome. It is a minimum $100 reservation food and beverage bill, plus the $50 reservation fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARTY DAMAGES A DOME?
Our staff inspects each dome after each usage. Though durable, certain behavior can damage the dome and damage costs will be passed on to the party responsible. Please do not move objects like lights, the heater, and other décor inside the dome. The dome is not a toy.
