Friday, February 14, eMbers Venue is dedicated to a Valentine’s night for lovers, friends, and family to share an intimate experience of food, drink, and fun.

Four Course Meal:

Dinner will start with a hors d'oeuvre of a Duet Crostini Plate featuring Mozzarella with Red Pepper Spread and Ricotta with Peach Jam

Followed by your choice of Classic Caesar Salad featuring crisp romaine with parmesan topped with homemade croutons OR Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Bisque, a smooth and comforting blend of sweet potato and squash.

For the entrée, you will receive a Main Course of Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb, served over creamy polenta with roasted royal rainbow carrots (Vegetarian Option available upon request).

To close the meal, you will be served an option of Italian Cream Cake, a light and creamy cake with toasted coconut and pecans OR Red Velvet Cheesecake, a rich cheesecake with a red velvet twist.

Dinner includes bottomless wine and champagne.
